I'm not a director, executive, or pastor — can I attend the Leading At The Top training?
Traditionally, people associate a leader with an executive, a pastor, or a manager, but at Rex Institute we believe everyone is a leader one way or another. The ability to inspire and align others is essential in every role, and at every level. That's why our trainings are open to anyone who's interested in deepening and strengthening their leadership skills. The only prerequisites are a willingness to step out of your comfort zone, to give and receive feedback on others' strengths and blind spots, and to learn with and from them.
How much does a training cost?
Costs may vary depending on the program you choose. For a 1-day training workshop, the fee schedule is: 1–5 people $110 each; groups of 6–11 people $99 each; groups of 12+ people $95 each. If you are a Rex Partner, the cost is $95 regardless of the number of attendees.
