Our Experience
For over 25 years, we've helped and made an impact on the lives of thousands of people and encouraged them to make a difference in the world around them.
Our founder, Dr. W. Ruben Exantus, brings to Rex Institute a wealth of experience from engineering management, pastoral leadership, Clinical Pastoral Education, and organizational management.
He is a graduate of Northeastern University, Luther Rice Seminary and University, and Capella University. He holds degrees in engineering, theology, and organization and management, and certifications in Clinical Pastoral Education.
Over the years, he has led several organizations including missions, churches, and coalitions of ministers, and has extensive traveling experience around the world in training and presenting. He has written several books and articles on matters of leadership, ethics, and faith.
We are proud of our service to several non-profits and churches in the United States and Haiti.
